Job Purpose
Marketing Assistant should be a creative and and strategic person who can develop and execute marketing campaigns that will raise awareness of our school's programs, events, and achievements. The Marketing Assistant will play a critical role in shaping our school's brand image and supporting student recruitment efforts.
Internal and External Interactions
This position will primarily focus on executing marketing initiatives, coordinating promotional activities and development of marketing materials. The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the marketing team and various departments within the school to ensure effective communication and promotion of the school's programs, events, and achievements.
Hours
Monday - Friday
Events after school & on weekends, if needed.
Basic Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including but not limited to social media marketing, email marketing, advertising, content creation, and event promotion.
- Cover school events and generate visual content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
- Monitor and update the school's social media platforms, website, and other online channels to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Support the organization and logistics of school events, including open days, orientations, and community engagement activities.
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of marketing materials, including photos, videos, testimonials, and other relevant content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative ideas for marketing improvement.
- Knowledge of social media ad marketing and Google Ads.

Salary: AED1.00 per month
